Our Agreement sets forth the terms as well as the Services provided.

Mag'NBook Consulting will:

Seek the Distributor(s) that best meets the needs of your title(s), and nogotiate the best terms and services.

Represent your company at required meetings with Distributor(s) wholesalers, and chain retailers.

Prepare and revise title(s) distribution galleys as required.

Generate marketing calls as required in expanding the title(s) distribution and sales.

Assist the Distributor(s) in the development of marketing, distributions and promotional programs, in order to increase sales.

Maintain close contact with your company and support it with the benefit of our experience and expertise.

Make available on an assignment bases field personal to supplement the efforts of your distributor(s)on an actual fee basis.

TERMS & COMPENSATION
TERMS:

Our agreements are for one year (with some exceptions). Our agreements automatically renew on the anniversary date for an addition one (1) year unless written notification is made by the publisher or Mag'NBook Consulting ninety (90)days prior to the full term expiration date.

COMPENSATION:

See fee schedule. All payment to Mag'NBook Consulting are to be made on the first of every month. The publisher shall reimburse Mag'NBook Consulting for a telephone, fax, postage and other expenses incurred in the performance of services pursuant to the agreement. It is understood that any expenditure in excess of one hundred dollars (100.00) most have prior approval from the publisher.
